Pastor Robert Young
Senior Pastor
A Native of Miami, Florida Pastor Robert Young is the first of five children and a product of Miami Dade County Public School System, where he graduated and subsequently served in the United States Army. Genuinely concerned for the welfare of our youth, he is especially dedicated to preserving the male seed. For more than thirty -five years, he has been involved with various street ministries, having served as founder and director of Straight Street Ministries, which soon after gave birth to J.U.M.P. JAM (Jesus Uses Many People), an evangelical outreach, founded in 1994 that is a witness to youth of all ages and stages of developmental and spiritual levels.

Pastor J. Elaine Young
Executive Pastor
Pastor J. Elaine the first of thirteen children was born in Fitzgerald, Georgia to the proud parents of the late John and Delois Davis. "Pastor J." as she is affectionately known, is the devoted wife of Senior Pastor. Dr. Robert L. Young. her childhood sweetheart; the loving mother of Rachel. Kiser, Corey and the G-Ma to Devon.

Pastor J. is a product of the Miami-Dade County Public School System and an honor graduate of Barry University. Having worked in an administrative capacity in the private sector for more than twenty years, J. Elaine subsequently pursued a life-long dream to teach and became one of Miami Dade County's finest senior high educators and mentor to young adults respectively.
